The common problem is a loose shock, check it.

1994 4Runner-why does front Rgt tire wobble@50-70KL or wobble @thos speed when hitting a little bump or big bump&will not let me go past 70KL without starting to wobble??

Not Tie Rods, probably Upper and lower Ball joints OR look at the stabilizer bar if your truck has one, check for worn bushings on that.

check the sway bar links and mounting brackets, ball joints, tie rods, ect. . A cv joint (usually) will make noises on hard turns like in parking lots, on the gas.

So I hadn't changed the oil on my 95 Toyota 4Runner for a while and randomly today I started hearing a very distinct rattling sound coming from the area right behind the throttle. The sound gets worse...

I would change your oil and filter ASAP and hopefully that sound goes away. If you are hearing the ticking around the throttle, chances are it is the lifters getting dry and that is why it's ticking. Do your oil change RIGHT AWAY and then stay current or you motor will be toast if it isn't already.

Good Luck

If you ONLY hear it when you are driving, check you U joint. they can wear out and start to rattle and clunk sometimes, especially when going in and out of gear...reverse to drive etc...
