Replaced water pump on 2001 trooper now the starter only clicks...will not turn over

Start off by removing the drive belt/s
If it turns over you need to then turn off the engine, remove the keys and try spinning each accessory on the engine. One of them may be seized causing the issue

Battery is fully charged but car still wont start just starts making a clicking noise why am i getting that.

I suspect the battery isn't holding a charge. Load test the battery. Otherwise it could be the starter.

1997 Monte Carlo battery wont stay charged after a jump. The car will warm up then when turned off won't turn over it makes a clicking noise when ignition is terned.

Could be a bad battery, and or alternator, if the alternator does not charge the battery when the vehicle is running your battery will drain causing no start.

Hi my 95 model vs commondore would not start, charged battery it wont windover and makes this clicking noise.

the clicking noise is from the starter motor not getting enough charge to wind over properly...check battery is holding a full 12 volt charge.
if commodore is manual - put it into third gear and get someone to help you rock the car back and forward (with handbrake off and ignition off of course)if starter motor is 'jamming' this can release it. ive seen many bush mechanics hit the side of the starter motor in holdens with a hammer to release it also.( with an auto this is your only option.)
other wise if battery is proven to be good - go to the wreckers and buy another starter motor.

02 Chevy Cavalier - Fast Clicking Noise When I Turn Key

your battery isnt holding enough charge to crank the starter.thats what the clicking is. try charging you battery for a good 8-10 hours, if it still does the same thing you'll need a new battery.

2004 nissan tittan crew cab le, went to start it up and there was nothing not even lights anywhere on or in the truck but there was a noise coming from in the cab a clicking sound right at the brake peddle...

The clicking sounds like it could be the door ajar buzzer (week from lack of juice from the battery) Have you checked your battery to see if it is holding a charge....They usually start getting weak after 3-4 years

clicking usually sounds like a starter sometiimes when they start going bad it gets stuck that's why u only hear clicking, try tapping it with a steel bar or something it worked for me wen my car was doing that, and what u mentioned about the battery it might be that is not holding charge even if u try jump starting it
