Question about 2003 Dodge Neon
I have never had this to happen until now! my sister has a 03 neon and she has had it for 6 months i went to look at the rear brakes and could get the drum off i tried wd40 and betting on it with a rubber hammer also losing the brake shoes and still nothing we took it to some one and thy couldn't get it either can you help
Have u backed off the brake shoes? the adjuster is at the rear of the brake drum on the bottom of backing plate, it may also just be rust that is keeping it on the axle face, soak it with penatrating oil and let it set overnight then try again, tap from side to side and then up and down on drum, it will come loose just take your time.
