Front dc power outlet not working. can someone tell me which fuse controls it? owners manuel doesn't list it.

Try this: google images 2012 Ford Escape front power wiring diagram.
There is probably a special fuse or even circuit breaker, due to the potential load demand.

No tail lights on my 2008 ford escape. driver rear blinker wasn't working. replaced bulb, but when i turn on the blinker both blinkers are blinking...front and back...

Not sure I follow your story.
The front and rear turn signal should blink on one side. If the tail lamps are not working, it could be a fuse or a problem with the wiring. And the tail lamps are on the same circuit as the front parking lamps.

2008 Ford Escape front passenger seat belt is completely locked up and won't extend. How do I fix this?

the seat belt mechanism could be getting worn out. usually you would have to replace the seat belt retractor but try some WD-40 and see if that helps

My power outlet stopped working in my 2008 jeep patriot after I plugged in an air compressor

Use a testlight to check for power at the outlet. Clip or hold the black lead of tester to the side of the lighter case, and touch the probe to the very back of the socket(don't touch the sides with probe, or you will blow the fuse.) With key on, testlight should be brightly lit. If no power there, check the ground wire and power wire to the socket.

pqtrahan, I don't know where the fuse is located, but, my advice to you is to test all the fuses in the passenger and engine compartment and replace any that are bad. You may find what you are looking for. Good luck with this.
