Does it just stay on, all the time? If so then yes send it in. Its under warranty so not to worry. A scan-tool is needed to identify what the code/s are, via the engine light.

there is a side switch on the dome light it has 3 positions
make sure it is on the DOOR
not sure about the Vibe but most GM cars if you turn the dash light dimmer switch to far it will put on the dome light also
if both the switch and the dimmer are ok
then you have a short some were in that circuit
depending on the mileage it should still be under warranty

I just had my 2009 Vibe in the garage for the same thing...they diagnosed it as needing a new Evac Pump Assy...they replaced it...and NO MORE LIGHTS since then.......YAY...covered under the warranty too.
