Question about Chrysler Cars & Trucks
In a 2008 chrysler sebring convertable, the power seats will blow the fuse. It blows fuses almost immediately after replacing them. Neither seat will work.

SOURCE: 40 Amp Fuse keep blowing out
U HAVE A LARGE SHORT IN THE WINDOW HARNESS OR THE WINDOW MOTOR, START BU DISCONNECTING THE WINDOW MOTOR AND SEE IF THE SHORT GOES AWAY, IF IT DOES THEN REPLACE THE WINDOW MOTOR.

Your starter is drawing too much current. Recommend you replace the starter. Perhaps you can do it yourself using my tips at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5973094-starter_replace.
