fuse location for the the fan
Mitsy, Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck
"I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button. Check out some of my other posts if you need more tips and info." Engine cooling fan, 50 amp fuse,at the power distribution center or relay box at engine compartment. Heat/ Defrost fan fuse number 7 inside drivers dash fuse box.
Check the fuses first. One located under the hood and one under the dash or left(driver side) kick panel. Also if fan works on a higher setting then the switch is bad and needs replaced
Yes their is both a fuse and a fan relay.Tthe fan relay is some times located in the multi function relay on some vechiles, and is not replaceable by it self the entire multi function relay must be replaced as a whole. BUT, Lets not put the cart in front of the horse. You can diagnose this problem yourself first locate fues via owners manual if available. second assuming fuse is ok turn heat on all the way on defrost see if fan comes on? turn off heat Third turn A/C on full max cool see if fan comes on. if fan/fans do not engauge then test power, and ground at fan. IF still no fan suspect temp sensor. let me know what if any of these test produce results. if you need more info pleae let me know.
Hi,
My first line of action would be to check the fuse for the fan motor. Your owners manual should direct you to the fuse panel location. Hopefully, that's all that's wrong.
Hope this helps... Good luck!
reostat broken, look in air income, locate, remove, look for fuse wire on the device,if electroic, replace all,
but initial problem is that the fan blower does not work well, take apart, clean and grease,
it makes the reostat burn when the fan does not start quick enough
if the fan does'nt come on at any speed have the fan checked if fan is good check the switch if on good replace fan switch located inside there is also a regulator under dash behind the glove box if the fuse's,motor & switch are all good this regulator the last comp. in the heater circut or you have a broken wire. hope this is helpful
