SOURCE: PO121 code still on, replaced o2 sensors, replaced

PO121 : TP Sensor Performance = The PCM supplies 5V to the TP sensor(throttle position). The TP sensor is a variable resistor that drops the voltage to about 4 volts at WOT(wide open throttle) to less than 1 volt at closed throttle. Some TP sensors are adjustable. others have a learn procedure to determine closed throttle. PO171 Fuel Trim System Lean = In closed loop the PCM adjusts fuel delivery based on H2OS 1 readings and is indicated by long & short fuel trim values. If lean the PCM will add fuel (fuel trim above 0%) & if rich the PCM will reduce fuel(fuel trim below 0%) PO128 ECT Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature = possible failed thermostat, low or empty on coolant, Engine Coolant Temp Sensor, Poor connection/Harness/Wires, faulty PCM Connection. I think you hit the nail on the head , the ECT Sensor ( which is different than the temp sensor for the dash gauge)

Gives me a code po171 then when i kill it it want starte til it cools

This is a Code that the system is too lean on Bank1. If you have a bad intake gasket leak on Bank1 it can generate this code. There can also be an inaccurate O2 sensor reading from a Bank1 sensor saying the fuel mix is too rich and then causing the ECM to lean out the mix. As long as the bad O2 sensor operates within its "range" no O2 code will be generated.

For the intake leak, while the engine is running. take a spray water bottle and spray along the intake gasket. Any hesitation or stalling will reveal the air leak.

Since it takes a cooldown to rectify the problem, Temperature sensors could be bad and forcing a lean condition. The O2 sensors are also affected by heat.

What does code mean? po171

Lean mixture detected at oxygen sensor (bank1) Remove mass air flow sensor (MAF) and spray clean with electrical or tuner cleaner. Most times that's all it takes.

What does code mean? po171

Oxygen sensor has detected a lean mixture. (bank1) I'd start by cleaning mass airflow sensor with electrical spray cleaner, or tuner spray cleaner. Then try it.

2001 ford expedition i went to the mechanic and told me that code po171 need to be corrected

P0171 : Means system too lean (bank1)

And your O2 sensor or MAF sensor can cause this or any vacuum leak, like the PCV valve. You may wanna check all the above and see if there is any faulty sensor or Vacuum leak. Good luck
