Under the Drivers carpet right in front of the Driver seat.
There is a black box the controls your electronics.

The carpet need to be pulled back from the firewall (where your feet go) Under the pedals. You need to remove quite a bit of interior trim to get to it..

Then you need to get dry every thing out. I'd disconnect the battery while doing this.....

Could be a bit of trouble.

That sounds like you problem.

Hope this helps...

I suggested the above... Because you MUST get the water out First.

Or replacing anything will just be a waste of time....

Get it dry and you may not need to replace what you thought you did.

I had a similar issue without the water - check this solution I posted

The Pollen filter issue is also related to the water issue - seems that there are some holes at the bottom which get plugged with leaves and dirt and such (mine were clean).

Good luck

What do i need to fix to make the cooling fan work on my 1994 saturn SC2? Tried brand new relays(multiple) and nothing worked.

I would make sure the coolant temperature sensor is operating correctly. The 2 wires that are jumped into the distribution center are the load side of the relay, the other 2 blades in the relay base are the 12v signal and the ground. You can take a multimeter and make sure you have continuity to ground through one of the blades, the other will be the signal from the ECU witch gets its signal from the coolant temperature sensor.

99 VW not starting

You need to check the engine all over when the engine over heats it very hard on it and could melt wiring and plastic parts after you check that look at the relays if the fan is out one of the relays may be out and you would need to replace it

The HID requires a ballast, did you do any rewiring? Did you check the fuses? Unplug the relay either hi or low, use jumper wire between terminals 30 and 87, the lamps should work, I'm talking about your regular lamps. If they work with the jumper, then check control side of relay.

Turn signals, flasher and rear windshield wipers all quit at the same time. Checked each individual fuse and they were ok.

It is not possible to answer your question because you did not mention what kind of vehicle you are asking about. Try posting your question again and include YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, and ENGINE SIZE. This information is needed to look up wiring diagrams so someone can tell you where the most likely location for your electrical fault is.

I have a bad window switch on the right side and it blow a relay i say that it is a relay because all the fuse are that is 30a and lower amp fuse are right and can not get the larger no. fuse out of the...

I don't believe it blew a relay. Pull the window switch out of the hole. Then inspect the wiring in the plug. Sometimes they get loose. You make need to tighten the wire. This happened to my driver side window about 5 times. and each time I went to the dealership to buy a new window switch. Little did I know its was a loose wire, and when I plugged the new one in, it just adjusted the wiring and would work for a little bit. Save yourself the money and just check the wires that lead into the plug.

2001 VW passat driver's side headlight keeps going out

What is going on is the Day time running light are causing the bulbs to run when ever the car is on. Day or night. I disabled mine and have not lost a head light in 2 years.

Here's an article on disabling the DTR. The relay you are looking to pull in on the firewall be the break pedal.

You are looking for the 173 relay.

Hope this helps.
