The lighter it self is a coil they will burn out. very inexpensive to replace.
But if they all went out at the same time then that's a different issue

it should be a 20 amp and can be pulled out with a tool from a fuse kit or a needle nosed pliers.. in some cases a key tip can remove it but the right tool makes it easier..
