You always start troubleshooting by getting the trouble codes read that are stored in the computer. Without that you're shooting in the dark

Without ANY details, it is impossible to give you any direction. If you have a check engine light on then have someone read the codes, many trans problems show up on the diagnostics.

The Heater / Air Conditioner in your vehicle is electronically controlled. You must retrieve fault codes from the system and diagnose the code using the proper troubleshooting charts and equipment.

What is the problem with my car if im getting a code of 1381.

That code indicates a misfire was detected. It would have to be pretty consistent to trigger a fault code. Replace the plugs and wires. Afterward, remove the negative battery terminal for 1 min then reconnect. Start the vehicle and see if the code returns. If it does, scan the code again and see if it is the same code. If it is then Get the Haynes Repair manual on your vehicle and go through the troubleshooting steps it list.

P0420 error code honda odyssey

You don't necessarily need a new converter. I had this code on my 2006 Odyssey at around 150,000 miles for both the front and rear converter and only needed new downstream O2 sensors ($40 for the back, $60 for the front). This is why my car never sees the inside of a dealership shop, they're happy to replace your converter for >$1000 without even looking at the problem. A little troubleshooting goes a long way here. I grabbed an engine code reader from the local auto parts store and read the O2 sensors with the engine running and noticed the voltages on them were erratic, and they shouldn't be. Mine were reading ~ 0.8 volts, then would jump down to < 0.1 volts for a couple readings, then back up to 0.8. The downstream sensor readings should be fairly stable.
