I just filled the pump with new hydraulic fluid, but that didn't help.there are no leaks. The lights work and the motor runs when the joystick is moved. The plow moved slightly when I first tried it, but nothing now
You may have to bleed air out of the system to get it to work properly. Hope this helps.

check your connections, especially the main power plug in, i have used a small "c" clamp over the connection to aid in the same problem
