Question about Oldsmobile Aurora
I have a 1999 Aurora and the passenger door is frozen due to snow. What should I do?
Need to get the vehicle in a garage, and get some heat into it, can try warm water but mind the glass (don't want to crack anything). When you get it open, wipe any damp away from the door seals and coat them with a light oil (WD40), this will help prevent it happening again. Try parking it in the sun for awhile, if you get any this time of year.

remove door panel and check actuator for power and that actuator rod is connected and the plastic clip did not break or pop off

If your sure you have all the screws out, grab the pocket on the door panel towards the left side, and pull towards you swiftly, the clips should release. Don't tear the vapor barrier. I use a razor blade and cut the adhesive between the vapor barrier and the door, being careful not to cut through the plastic barrier.
