Check the rods and power to the light motor . The little bushes on the arms wear out and the arms can lock or fall off and jam the motor crank.

SOURCE: my left headlight wont go down what do i do

I had this problem with a pontiac fiero. They use the same motor as the corvette. You probably have to replace the motor the makes the light go up and down.

Hyundai 2004 Getz. Is there an adjustment within the headlight configuration so that the beam can be raised or lowered?

pop the bonnet, kneel down in front of the headlight and you will see an adjusting screw,on top and to one side of the headlight(sometimes has a spring behind it)one does up/down the other does left/right.remember if the oncomming driver is effected by too high a beam you can be fined(lots)

Click on the link, hope you can read it? The top four wires are voltage. The two on the right come from head lamp switch. The two on the left are fuse protected, hot all the time. Use a test light and check for voltage. Hopefully the text will tell you how the module works. I don't know if replacing module will fix it, but, if voltage and grounds for the module are all ok, what else could it be?

Headlights wont work

Fuse 22 and fuse 23 are left and right low beam headlamp fuses located in the PDC. 23 and 24 are high beam fuses. There is also a low beam and a high beam relay in PDC as well. If no headlights work I would check for main switch or multifuction switch (wiper/high beam) since each light has its own fuse and relay.
