It means that your airbag system is not fully functioning and you need to have the dealer check it out. Whenever the airbag light stays illuminated after starting the vehicle, it means that there might be a problem with the air bag system and a check up is needed ASAP to make sure the system will operate properly in the event of an accident. It could be a faulty sensor, or it could be that a wire or connection is loose, etc., in any case, the dealer will need to check the airbag system to determine what the problem is.
I had a situation where an stereo installer had probed the wires in the airbag system and that caused the system to become non-functional, due to having voltage applied to the airbag wiring where it shouldn't have any voltage. It was an expensive fix, as he'd actually stripped the wires bare and he crossed several. Cost him a bunch to replace the wiring harness on my new vehicle.

Power windows stopped working. Have checked the fuses and they are fine. All other systems are functioning. Any thoughts?

Reconnect the air hose to the throttle body and any vacuum lines that were removed. Replace the plastic engine cover and fasten it in place. That's it, your done.
