Apparently the "LOCK" function is working normally because the burglar alarm is being activated when you 'lock' the car. Is this right?
The fact the engine won't start when the burglar alarm is activated is NORMAL If the doors will not UNLOCK front the driver's door manual switch, I believe you have a bad DOOR UNLOCK relay in the control module.

SOURCE: both fobs won't work, i
Put the key in and turn to the "ON" position and leave it there for 30 seconds. Then turn the key further to start the car. The alarm will then be disabled and the engine will be running. You have to then go to a dealership to get the fobs working again.
