SOURCE: Heater fan only works on high speed 4.

sounds like the switch is bad. Test the power coming in to the connector and use jumpers to get the fan to operate at all 4 speeds. if it works then it the switch.

SOURCE: i am looking to locate heater fan resistor plug

The blower motor resistor is in the blower itself.

Here are some pictures to help you locate it. These are taken looking under the glove box

The blower motor resistor is to the left of the pigtail shown in the picture. Check the end of that wiring harness also, it could be damaged as well

SOURCE: 1998 Ford Expedition Fan Blower Resistor Location

It should be located on the blower motor housing under the right side of the dash, it will have wiring connector and 2 screws holding it in.

My heater blowers dnt work and i need to knw where i can locate the resister blocks for my heater blowers so i can ghange them

Its located under dash,or near glove box.

The dash panel lower side has to be out.

HEATER BLOWER MOTOR

Its faulty blower motor resistor. The low and medium speed on blower motor is controlled by resistor and its actual speed is high. So because resistor is not working, blower motors actual speed which is high is working.

It can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor. Get the blower motor inspected. If it's faulty it has to be replaced.

What does a 99 maxima gle have a resister or amp that controls heater blower motor

It has a blower motor speed control resistor or module, it is located right next to the blower motor under the dash in most cars and one end of the resistor goes into the air ducting for cooling and the other has the electrical connector on it.

Blower on the heater/AC not working on 1998 Escort, checked fuse under dash?

Ok, first off, check the fuses under the dash. If they're all good, does the blower work only on high speed? If yes, then you have a bad blower motor resistor, which is located under the hood, near the blower motor itself. If the motor doesnt work at all at any fan speed, make sure the wiring harness that plugs into the motor under the hood is clean and tightly installed. If it still doesnt operate, sometimes tapping on the blower motor housing will kick it on, but if that doesnt work, you may have to replace the blower motor. They are available aftermarket, and arent usually too expensive.

Oldsmobile AC resistor location

The blower motor resister is located next to the fan under the passenger side dash. You will have to remove the glove box and plastic cover under the dash to expose the blower motor. the resister is next to the blower motor.

Heater Control Switch Only Works on High

Your problem is probably a part called the heater resistor block or board. When this part burns out you will only have high speed on the fan. On my 1999 voyager it is located on the firewall and it snaps in a hole in the firewall. This is under the hood behind the alternator.
Mine had a multi pin black plug plugged into it. Unplug the plug and
you should be able to pull the block out insert new block and plug plug back in and it should come to life.
