89 Honda civic engine loops when warm

Idle hunting is a favorite hobby of Hondas. The most common cause is a bubble in the coolant - if the coolant is drained and refilled without bleeding the system it will do that. Look at the housings where the radiator hoses attach to the engine. On top of one of them will be a nipple, like a brake bleeder nipple but larger. Open it half a turn and close it when a steady stream of coolant comes out.

Brake lights on 1989 honda civic went out...what is the problem? brake switch maybe? All fuses are fine

Check the brake light switch above the brake pedal with a volt meter, when the pedal is pushed you should have 12 volts in and out.

89 honda accord stuck park and brake lights not working , i already replaced brake switch

Check in the engine compartment for a relay switch block. Either on top of the block cover or underneath it will be a diagram telling you what each relay is for. See if there is one for the parking/brake lights. If so, switch the one for the wipers with the one for lights and see if that solves your problem.

Where is the fuel pressure regulator located on a 1989 honda civic wagon

It is usually located on the end of the fuel rail on older Honda's with return systems. It will probably have a vacuum hose on it.

1989 HOnda civic Wagon-- headlight bulb replacement

You should have a rubber boot over the bulb with wires going through it. Pull back the rubber boot to expose the bulb housing and grasp firmly and turn counter-clockwise a 1/4 turn and the bulb and housing pulls out. Replace the bulb and reverse the procedure. Make sure not to touch the new bulb with your bare hands, this would leave your skin oils on the bulb and could blow it out prematurely.
