Location airbag sensors on a 2001 Chevy Venture


Not being too familiar with the Chevy venture apart from being in the vacinity of the radiator somewhere the only other option I would of thought is on the front part of a chassis rail where the bumper bolts to my reason being is that you would not want the airbags to deploy from a slow impact but a more fierce impact when damage could start to crush the front part of the chassis then the airbags would be deployed

I have 1987 Chevy Silveraldo Fuel Pump lost its 12 Volts


i had the same problem, its the fuel pump relay, pull the relay, pop off the plastic top, insert a shim so that the points are always touching, the other thing it could be is the pigtail connector coming off of the fuel pump inside the tank, chronic chevy problem

I just purchased a 97 chevy silveraldo 20 days ago and while I was driving it it just shut off had it towed to my house and it will turn but not crank Need help dealership wont


the first thing I would do is check fuel pressure. You'll need at least 55 psi to get it to start. Can you hear the fuel pump running?

Where is the fuel pressure regulator on a 4.8 2001 chevy silveraldo 1500?


The fuel pressure regulator is located on the injector rail on top of the engine driver's side. #2 on the link i gave you is the vacuum tube to the fuel pressure regulator.

You may have an Air Idle Solenoid and or Idle Speed Motor. Not familiar with you vehicle. Check that out.

It mounts in the side of the block near the crankshaft,it fits in a hole,going into the engine block.,look on the inside of the engine compartment ,on the firewall side,left of the pulleys,down low.

Knock sensor on 2001 chevy silverado


on the 4.3l version the knock sensor is on the back left side of the engine right by the bell housing. on the bigger engines they are below the intake manifold in the engine valley
