There are several on this model. the most obvious one is on the exhaust by the catalytic converter. ther is another that is through the fuse panel in the engine compartment. and another that is on the lower right hand side of the engine itself that goes to teh rear most front wheel well.

How do I locate the ground wire on a 03 ford f-150? the fuel pump has good presion and the sparks plugs are brand new but the engine wont start at all someone tell me its an electrical problem...help

If the pump has good pressure, I would make sure it had spark to the plugs. If you have individual coils for the plugs , I would go directly to the crank sensor. Having the codes read will point you in the right direction. But if you think it is a ground for the pump. find the wires for the pump, by the fuel tank, the black wire is the ground for the pump. Splice it and run it to the frame.

Engine ground wire location

The main ground wire can be located by tracing it from the negative side of the battery to where it connects to the engine. Hope this helps.

2001 f-150 ford pick up truck . horn will not work

Did you check the fuse for the horn ? Engine compartment fuse panel, fuse #7, 20A

You can pull the horn relay, and jumper the normally open contacts to see if the fuse, horn and grounds for the horn are in working order ( this operates the horn without needing to use the horn button ).
The Horn relay is a half size Ford ISO relay in the engine compartment fuse panel ( check your owners manual to locate relay 206 ).

Diagram to jumper the horn relay, with this in place, the horn should sound as long as the jumper is in place

If you did not get an owners manual with your truck ( purchased used ), you can download one from Ford :

Where is located the ford f-150 horn

If you slide under the front bumper, in front of the passenger side front wheel, and look up, the high and low note horns should be on a bracket right there.
