Change the bulb. High and low beams are separate bulbs located in the headlight housing. Im not sure on the 07 but the earlier design Yukon (02)you have to pull out a pin located under the hood on the top of the light housing in order to remove it.

If your plow is electric/hydraulic then you will have to introduce a second battery into the system and upgrade your alternator to a heavier one. The good news is that GM has the battery kit, it can be found in any diesel truck in a salvage yard or ordered from the dealer. Upgrade your alternator to at least a 70 amp output. If you have a local battery and electric shop they can upgrade your current alternator for a lot less than buying a new or rebuilt one. Hope this helps.

Change the HDM fuse #53(15amp). That supplies the relay that controls both low beams. If that dowsn't work, swap the #46 relay with #45 as a test. #45 is the cooling fan relay, so be sure to put it back. If swapping the relays worked, yo need a new #46 HDM Relay.
