Question about 2001 Oldsmobile Alero
I have a 2001 olds alero and both my anti-lock and trac off lights are on and it started off as a wheel bearing problem so i fix both of those. and my lights are still there so i took it into the shop and the told i could have got a bad wheel bearing or it is elertic problem i just don't see how that could be considering it started off as a wheel bearing. any answers
The abs wiring is in wheel bearing . you could have a bad bearing . a shop with a scanner could tell you witch one is bad or has wiring problems. aleros wiring run down lower control arm to wheel bearing. on control arm the wires get cut inside plastic loom and you cant see it till you pull them out and look .once you fix problem the lights will go out on there own.
