Check to see if the brake pedal is coming all the way back up when you take your foot off the brake. If not the return spring may be weak. If the brake lights are still on when pedal is in upright position then the brake light switch may be stuck on or bad. Replace switch to see if this solves the problem. Hope this helps.

Right brake light out; tail light works fine

most rear tail lights and turn/stop lights are the same dual filiment bulb. it is possible for your tail light to work and your brake light not to and still have a bad bulb. I would check the bulb first, your brake light works on the left yes? this would mean that the fuse is fine
