Porche cayene 2006 side passenger heat doesn't work

Hi,
Many seat heaters are either controlled by a fuse, switch and/ or relay. You may need to check whichever of those you may have the skill to do. If the LIGHT on the heater switch is working you can probably rule out those 3. Likely the 'heater elements' (usually thin wires than run under the seat's cover that heat up when voltage is applied, which then heats the seat) have a crack in them somewhere, which needs reconnected.

Also, does the power control work on the passenger seat? If not, it may share a circuit/fuse w/the heater switch.

Reverse flush the heater core (videos on YOUTUBE).

First check your fuses .. make sure it is not blown ....Otherwise if fuses are ok ..Your Heater core is probably going ..or gone or you attenuator valve is not opening vents to let heat in ? is the floors/carpets wet ? especially on passenger side front or is the windows foggy wet ? Then you you need a heater core

929 Mazda (1992) No Heat But A/C Works I have a 929 Mazda 1992 year. Does not blow any heat. I noted that the 30 amp fusible link for the heater was busted. Replaced it but still no heat. A busted fuse...

First check your fluid in your radiator if its low your heater will not work. Check all your heater hoses and make sure they are not kinked.
Your heater core may be plugged That will stop the heat flowing as well. If it's the heater core it will have to come out and replaced most likely. Not sure if there is a heater valve on that car.

What causes heat not to work in 1989 sentra? the thermostat was replaced and so were fuses

will try to help. is your radiator full and has been winterized? as far as,has it had antifreeze put into radiator? low coolant in radiator is#1 problem for no heat. you've replaced the thermostat, so that's new. good thing. no leaks?is the heater fan blowing? when you turn the heat up,do you hear something in the dash moving? or do you feel resistance in the slider[the red zone] when turning the heater on,on the dash? if not, the acuator,or heater control valve on the dash may be bad. if the heater fan;s not coming on, are you sure you checked all fuses?even the one's under the hood in the black box? hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com if you need further assistance, please repost your question and an expert will be happy to assist!

Heat wont work 2001 lincoln town car cartia

Hello Callahan5922....this sounds like a stuck blower motor resistor. I assume the blower won't function in the a/c mode either? If you have a digital multimeter you can check this. I believe it's fuse #2....if the digital indicator goes up or down when you increase or decrease the fan speed thats good. Locate the blower motor resistor....you wil find it located on the fire wall behind the right valve cover hiding behind the heater hose, it's about the size of a cigarette pack. With the engine off, and key in on position, turn the A/C on High, and rap a tap tap tap on the resistor. You might be suprised when the blower motor takes off a runnin,
I hope this is the answer you need and i was able to help solve this for you. Good luck...

2000 Ford Taurus-- Heater not working.

what you need to do is check that your relays are OK
in some cars you cannot see through the relay like a fuse
the only way to check if it is the relays is by replacing them
if this dose not work and you have a electronic climate control system your controm box may be burnt out this will need replacing

Heater control only works on high

You need a blower motor resistor, and the heater blower motor should be checked for high amp draw. check Napa for the part or go to Dodge..prpbably about 60.00 dollars.
