Limp mode or just no power blows black smoke when revved no faults on computer when plugged in at Toyota
The turbo has variable blades in the exhaust side to direct the exhaust over the turbine at low rpm's. It is worked by an actuator that is vacuum controlled from a module. The blades sometimes stick or the vacuum hose goes hard and cracks ant stops working the actuator The bit between the two round bits.
