It is not advisable to adjust toe in without specialist measuring equipment, Set it wrong and the steering may pull to one side or the other and feel all wrong to the driver. It will cause excessive wear to the tyres, halving there legal life. Adjusting the tracking (Toe) is by screwing the tie rod ends in or out. See diagram
