Is there anything which will cut down road noise on 2012 Hyundai Tucson

I have just skimmed a road test report that claimed the car is exceptionally quiet on the road...

By now the tyres might have been changed from the original specification - some tyres are very noisy and assuming the wheel bearings, etc. are ok the tyres are the most likely culprit. SUV tyres are expensive and good ones are very expensive so maybe the tyres are now not such high quality or are off-road or combination tyres rather than road tyres...
That is something to check and if it isn't a matching set of four, that can increase noise too. Ensuring the wheel alignment is correct is important for smooth and quiet running and of course the tyre pressures must also be correct.

Check the door seals and ensure all the doors and tailgate fit properly and are correctly adjusted and ensure all the body plugs are fitted and similarly any grommets and gaiters.

What is the correct tyre pressure for a 205/50/16

depending on the vehicle /weight and expected speed, 26-28 psi. heavy vehicle or travelling at high speed it can go up to 30psi. The recommended tyre pressure will be on the specification plate for wheels and tyres on the door edge or door opening pillar. Some makes of tyres have the tyre pressure moulded into the side wall of the tyre.

What size tyres camaro 1997 3800rs v6

The wheels could have been changed on the car from the standard original factory set and hence the tyre size may not be the standard factory original size.
The size of the tyres on the vehicle now is moulded into the side wall of the tyres and is easy to read.
Check all 4 tyres because larger size tyres may have been fitted as a pair to the rear.

The size might read - for example 245 45 18 or 235 45 17 (there are a huge number of sizes for each model of tyre).

The first 3 numbers are the width of the tyres in mm eg 225 mmm or 235 mm and so on. The second 2 numbers are the tyre profile size or ratio (which can be 70 65 60 55 50 45 40 and so on. The third number is the wheel diameter size. If you have 18 inch wheels on the car the tyres will read 18 or if they are 17 inch wheels the tyres will read 17 and so on.

What size and specification tyres do I need for a Subaru Forester 2.5xls ?

You could go by the tyres that are already on the vehicle. There should also be a label stuck on the drivers door or door pillar indicating tyre size and recommended pressures. Failing that you could also make enquiries at a Subaru dealer or a reputable Tyre retailer.

What are the tyre pressures for a 1994 Hyundi Excel

Check on the door frame or the door edge itself. It should have a sticker that has recommended tyre pressures for your particular vehicle. If the sticker is gone, then I would recommend calling a dealer to see what the specific tyre pressures are for that vehicle.

Tyre for 2007 Toyota Corolla

The "Best" size, is what the factory installs originally. The car is engineered to work a specific way. There are many other sizes that will fit, each has it's own reasons for being designed the way they are.
