Put your head under the rear of the vehicle, near to the back of the car in the centre you should see a threaded bar with a hook on it. This should hook onto the back edge of the wheel rack. The length of the bar is controlled by screwing the threaded bar from inside the trunk with the wheel nut wrench. If it's not broken, it was not tightened up enough, it traps the spare wheel between the rack and the boot floor. When it is tightened up the bar should lock against the hook end to stop this happening

SOURCE: Spare tire fell off undercarrage and I need to fix the cable that holds it

There is 3 or 4 bolts that hold the cable assy to the vehicle. You cannot replace just the cable. It has to be replaced as an assy. They are very easy to replace. Good luck. Hope this helps.

I assume you have been under it

What ever came loose has to be replaced,

Turn signal switch repair

The steering column wheel has 2 pins pushed into the back side of it and as you turn the steering wheel making a turn, the pins slide over the humps of the blinker signal. As you return the wheel back to center to drive straight, these pins then hit the humps in the turn signal and push the turn signal back to the original position. It sounds like one of these pins fell out or broke off. You need to pull steering wheel and check to see if these pins are still inserted on the back side of the steering wheel.

My 2008 Ford Super Duty Diesel Crew Cab long bed 4 wheel drive switch will not work sometimes up to 10 attempts going from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive and then back to 2 wheel drive from 4wd. At times...

So I would think you have locking hubs on it? So you lock the hubs in and then put it in 4wd and driving sometimes it stays in 4wd when you want to shift it back into 2wd? Sounds like the shifter inside the transfer case is hanging up. In some cases if you drive faster than 50mph and try to shift it back to 2wd it won't do it, unlock the axle and back the truck up to reline the spline gear in the transfer case. I would request the transfer case be replace since its under warranty. And as far as Ford telling you they can't do nothing look in your owners manual and call the complaint office and tell them what dealer you went to. Also I would go back and talk to the manager sounds like someone doesn't want to do his job.

Where is the sienna 2006 spare tire?

If it's all wheel drive, there is no spare unless the add-on has been installed. You would find it inside the rear hatch in that case and you would'nt be asking. If it's front wheel drive, it will be under the passenger side floor, adjacent to the sliding door.

The temperature blend door actuator is located on the right side of the transmission hump under the evap. case. The floor ducts cover it.

How to shift into 4wd

Ford has 2 types of 4x4 system engagement. One is a knob on the dash that you just turn to 4wheel drive high or low. The other system is the 4x4 transfer case shift on the transmission tunnel (hump) between the driver and passenger seats. To shift into 4 wheel drive high while driving, just let off the gas and shift transfer case into 4H position, and continue driving. To shift into 4 wheel drive Low, stop the vehicle completely, put transmission in neutral, shift transfer case into 4Low position, put trans. in gear, and start driving. I am assuming before doing the above, you have locked in ( turned the front hubs to 4 wheel drive position.) Any further questions, let me know.

Same problem in my friends 2008 model ...felt like the brakes were on when driving in 4wd mode ...i.e when backing out of the drive way ...it may have something to do with the transfer case creating more drag ..(it is always good to disengage the hubs .....I live in Central Australia and only use 4wd when towing someone out of trouble)
