How to replace brake pads on a 1987 ford bronco2 4x4

Take a picture of all the parts after the drum is removed but before you tackle the job. You will need some specialized brake tools to get the springs on and off as well as the springs that hold the pin that goes thru the shoe and the backing plate.

WOW!! Did they put a gas tank with the right fuel pump and the computer harness and computer from the other vehicle? You would need all those items from the vehicle the motor came from.

Ford Taurus: rough idle in drive and reverse

it could be that the tick over is two slow in brive,,,
set it up to tickover at 850,,950 rpm (in drive)
or it could be a gear box fult like the drive plate has a crack in it,,,letting the torque converter slap about,,,
chech tick over first,,, bont adjust tick over in gear unless the brakes are held hard on,,,

1989 bronco2; when making turns it cuts out and try's to die.

Test the fuel pressure regulator. Could be the engine coolant temperature sensor. My son's BII was doing that, we flushed the system with a flush kit from Advanced Auto, this cured the stalling. A friend had suggested changing the coolant sensor before we flushed, it looks like he was right.

1990 ford bronco2 starter

If the flywheel teeth are ok, it must not be engaging w/ the flywheel as u say. If u pull the starter out u can check w/ jumper cables, ground to starter body (flange for good clamping) and touch positive where pos. battery cable attaches, gear should travel to end of shaft and spin to engage flywheel, if it's not advancing to end of shaft, u need to return it for another rebuilt unit. Note, only touch positive cable briefly, the gear should engage w/great force, so be careful.
