SOURCE: i have error codes p0156 p0161

Check the wire harness near the top of the engine in the rear. They were good for rubbing through on the trans fill tube bracket. Judging by the code you have 4 sensors. you would be interested in the drivers side rear sensor.

SOURCE: Ford Windstar 1996 Trouble Codes P0171, P0141, P0161, and P0174

Bank one is toward the front of the vehicle. Sounds like the heated oxygen sensors have gone bad. The Oxygen Sensors are located in the exhaust pipe and require a special socket to remove and replace.

the 141 code is a problem with the heated O2 sensor on the drivers side exhaust after the converter,

SOURCE: I have a Ford Explorer

code P0141 = O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
code P0161 = Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
Check the wiring at the O2 sensor for damage or shorts. If the wiring is god then the sensor is bad, replace it.

I am getting codes p0141 and p0134, and I have replaced the sensor 1 upstream already

P0141 Heated o2 sensor. P0134 Heater 02 sensor circuit, These 02 sensor has a fuse in the engine junction box listed as IGN 1. This supplies 12volts to the heater circuit, check to make sure its not a open fuse. If you already replaced the sensors make sure you clear the code. or it will stay in memory.
