Try checking your coolant. see if that needs to be replaced.

Probably a bad ignition coil or a bad TFI module (the ignition control module). Much testing could be done to find the faulty part, but I believe if you take the TFI module to a parts store, it could be tested.

Truck runs for 10 miles and dies then wont start for 10 mins

Sounds like a part of the electronic ignition is heating up, and opening (an electronic component ) after is cools it closes and you can start. I had something similar and use can air to cool down the electronic till I found which component was bad. Try and time how long the truck runs rather than miles. It may help you isolate the problem.

Car runs and drives but 10-15 miles it dies and wont run until cools off

Dear Sir,
As you said your car stop after 10-15 miles run.and start working after 10 to 15 min wait.
It can occur due a part or unit which defer working according to temperature. it means it stop working when it got hot and start working when it get cold. this type of parts are motors which have winding unit inside it, which can stop working in high temperature, it will not happen if they are good working condition but if that is got short then it can happen.
In your case cause is the fuel pump which is in fuel tank,Till it is cold it supply the fuel to engine but after few miles run it stop sending fuel to engine ,after wait for 10 to 15 it again start sending fuel to engine when it get cold.
Fuel pump will solve your problem. if any issue please let me know. Thanks.

94 plymouth van with a 3.0 dies after warmed up and then you can let it sit for a couple minutes and it starts back up then you can drive for a mile or 2 and it does it again. no check engine light on

Hi the problem you are having points to the fact that the oxygen sensory have failed and need replacing, the reason it points towards this is that these dont start working until the engine reaches a certain temp then it wont start again till its cooled down and the sensors have stopped working.

you will need to get the codes read on your car to find out which sensor is causing you the problem as their are a couple that come under this fault, once you have located the faulty one you need to get this replaced, once you have done this you will have no further problems with your engine.

let me know if you need further assistance ok

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
