Stick your finger over the end. Notice any change in idle? Now bring the RPMs up a little. Now? If nothing. Cap it.

I have 03 lancer es with a code of po506 any suggestions

There may be a vacuum leak; an restriction in the intake or exhaust; faulty PCV valve; bad or dirty throttle body; internal engine problem; or a failed PCM
This code is usually triggered on vehicles with electronic throttle controls instead of throttle cables. This code is more of an informational code and there should be other codes that show up to narrow down what the issue is

Where do i put the transmission fluid on a 2002 lancer es

you can't put the transmission fluid in yourself on an auto or manual transmission for a 2002 lancer es. It has to be injected into the transmission through a nipple that is on the transmission.
