I am not sure of your term "stacked" inserts in the engine . Inserts are used in aluminium heads to provide a hard surface for the valves to close on and in some cast iron heads if there is a use of LPG as a fuel

sorry....you have spun a rod bearing the engine nose is the piston hitting the bottom of the cylinder head, because the rod bearing has spun and have stacked on top of each other, sounds like you are going to need an engine, but the good news is there a lot of used ones out there, check with your local salvage yard.

THe blue smoke is oil, a considerable amount leaking into the combustion chamber and burning, either valve stem seal or piston rings. Check your oil and add regularly to prevent an engine seizure.
Also, you transmission need to be rebuilt.

Make sure your gas cap is inserted correctly. Remove the gas cap and insert it on threaded correctly and tightly. Retry for any codes.

Broken stud on left front wheel

Remove: wheel, brake caliper & rotor. Drive out the remaining stub with a hammer and punch. Insert a new stud and pull it into place by tightening the lug nut. Before running out of threads, remove the nut, insert a stack of washers or a large nut which slips over the threads without contacting them, tighten the lug nut to seat the stud.

(stacked means the torqueconveter came out a little when you pulled the engine and disengaged the trans oil pump when you reinstalled the engine the conv. may not have reengaged with the pump and Stacked on top of the pump gears this distroys the pump will cause low pressure and burns up the rev clutches
