You don't. The computer automatically adjusts the timing, you never have to do this.

SOURCE: my ford focus tdi 2003 cant select 1st,3rd or 5th gears.

Car is in limp in mode unless you have the tools to work on automatic transmission you will need to take it to a transmission shop. Of course you can check oil level but I suspect you have other issues.

head gasket is prime suspect unless its a auto with the transmission cooler in the rad it could be this leaking ,needs checking first though to determine if its engine oil or gearbox oil

Cant get into the bonnet because of the battery is dead and the key is required to open the bonnet 2005 ford focus estate 2l tdi


lift the badge up on the front of the car and then use the key to open the bonnet simple

I have a 2000 jetta, I also have a 2007 ford focus. Can I put the tires from the ford on my jetta?


I don't believe the lug pattern is the same size. Plus you have different wheel offset. That would be a NO.
