Heater fan switch won't turn the fan on. I am missing the cover on the fuse box so I can't see which fuse would be the right one to change. Thanks Dan

The blower fan on my 1999 Mercury Sable does not work, where is the fuse located. I know where the box is but the cover is missing, and short of pulling all of the fuses, I can't find the right one and what amp it is.Thanks Dan

Just check all the fuses. if not take out fan and use a jump wire to see if it works and if it doesnt well you already have the job halve done. replace it.

Heater doesn t blow out any heat or air

If it is not blowing at all your problem is with the fan. It is mounted up under the passenger side. Typically about 6 screws hold on the cover and the fan is right under it. Pretty easy fix. When the fan is out I would test it first....after thought here...did you check the fuses?

lost operators, manual.
sun roof, can be 3 things
fuse

fuse 32 runs , "IG2-SIG-15a)

with 3 relays on left
and
2 fuse top
11 fuses, in horz middle.
10 fuses on bottom row. fuse 29 bottom right.
fuse 39 center right

2007 Suzuki Forenza ac/heater/defrost fan not working

the cab heater fan?, there can be 4 fans on some cars.
front condenser, 2 on rad, and 1 in cab heater box.
the cab fan? does it fail on high too?
it has a switch, (marked fan speed)
the switch is bad ,if low speed are dead. and high are good.
or wiring to it , the motor or the fuse.
even a cracked fuse, change the fan fuse to a new fuse.

Radiator fan and condenser fan wont run

There are relays for both fans under the hood. There is also a fuse box under the hood, and a fuse box under the steering wheel to the right side. The fans are controlled by a temperature switch located on the radiator as well. Check all of these items. The box with the realys says "fan relays" on the cover. THe main fuse box under the hood is also labeled. Everything is labled as to what it is. If fuses and relays are okay, check that temp switch. if the fans do not realize that the car is hot, then they will never turn on.

Heater blower stopped working and would like to know where in the engine bay its located ? thanks

Have you checked the fuse first.

The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the fan fuse it should be around 25 to 30 amps.

The blower is not in the engine bay proper. It is below the air inlet grille under the windscreen, Access may be through the heater/ventilator unit in front of the console.

The main fuse block located under the hood for the 1991 ford probe shows 13 fuses. There is a fuse that contros the heating, AC & Programmed ride control system. It is a 40 amp fuse and has a blue wire.the color code for a 40 amp fuse is green.
