First of all, what you have is a California Conversion. Nissan had the coup imported then sent to be converted. The company that converted these limited 240's did a wonderful job, they not only installed the top, but strengthened the body to compensate for the roof structure that was eliminated. The parts availablity is sparse, but out there. You may find the parts you need thru Coparts.com or another insurance salvage company by purchasing the entire wreck. Another possible avenue might be to have the links machined...relatively simple. These are inexpensive "do it yourself" solutions. You could take your car to Texas Auto Trim (713-661-5777) or Convert-Able systems (972-291-9769). In addition to replacing the fabric, they could repair the broken pieces.

Want to convert my 61 Chevy stepside van to a power steering box - what year could I use for replacement because the pitman arm comes out the side.

Almost any model made that year by the same manufacturer will bolt in. You will need all the brackets and hoses to make this work, they will need to possibly be made up from stock parts. You may be able to buy the box rebuilt box here (click the link) and the hoses you will need.

Wipers don't grip rear window

Wiper arms are much neglected for a part that does such hard work. There are 3 main parts, the rubber, the rubber holder which is actually also a sort of spring, and then the arm with its strong spring.

Try replacing the rubber and holder as an assembly which clips onto the end of the arm. This is the most cost-efficient maintenance you can do, and should make a big difference.

The arm and spring can be replaced by undoing a nut under the cover at the top of the wiper arm spindle, but this is far less often needed.

No power on w, o, throttle with p0300 and p0420 dtc's con help my

That's easy
You somehow have been driving around for years
possibly, with all sorts of issues, mostly cylinder ignition
misfires & have ruined the bank #1 exhaust converter that
should last 12 years or more.
Iam going to say you need all new spark plugs, all new ignition coils, if they are COP Coils, new converters & all new oxygen sensors
It all could have been prevented unless you just bought someones neglected vehicle
Very common to see all sorts of issues simply because
of a total lack of vehicle knowledge & no one to educate
you,not a dealer or a repair shop, they just work on the break
down,sad really.
The technology of the past 30 plus years was to cut down on
exhaust emission & it has just cause people to buy vehicles
they can't afford,lease them & waste money & never open a
hood, never realize they now need a LOT of checking out a few times a year.
Even 20 years ago you never saw the neglect, abuse & problems you see now

Mini cooper 2005 convertible top wont retract on passengers side

take the cover off the arm on the conv. and you'll most likely see a broken retractor arm. If you pull both sides off you'll see how the functional one works and how the other isn't working properly. With a little ingenuity, you'll be able to patch it and get it working.

Power windows and overhead lights/radio will not dim on2004 jeep

Sounds like the body control module.. you are going to have to take it to a Jeep dealer..they have to program it for your jeep..

Its not going to cost you and arm and a leg...couple fingers maybe..but no arms and legs. Seriously though, its not that expensive.. and those things go out ALL THE TIME.. probably top 5 as far as jeep problems are concerned.

See if the cam or rocker arms are worn. New lifters and other worn parts won't work. Also make sure you have good oil pressure and the oil is getting to the top of the engine.

Your car need a few good screws ;-)

Seriously, check under the handle for 2 Philips (cross) head screws, I think a number 2 Ph screwdriver will work to tighten them.
