This might seem like a dumb question but you check the harder stuff so I will ask anyway...did you check the spark plugs and wires?

Why is the car not starting?

You don't tell us what car you are working on, but generally get parts store to test ignition module, use ohm meter to check cam/crank sensors and coils.

4x4 v8 1998 dodge truck won't start

well if ur not getting spark and u changed all of the ignition components lets think about the computer in order for the ignition to work you have crankshaft position sensor that fires the fuel injectors and the spark change that and if still nothing then change the camshaft postion sensor that sensor tells the computer that the 1 piston has came all the way up and it tells the crankshaft sensor to do its thing

Car just died on the highway, oil light came on but the oil level was fine, and it will try to start but wont.

it is hard to come up with a solution using your brief description, but since the oil level is good it sounds like and oil pressure issue. there are many causes of oil pressure issues, the best solution is to get the car to a shop.

Driving car it cut off/ refuse to crank like no gas

There are so many things that could have quit working it would be easier for you to have a mechanic hook a scanner to the cars computer. I will list what would cause the engine to just quit.

Computer, coil pack, broken wire, cam sensor, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, blown fuse, crankshaft sensor, out of gas, ignition switch, loose connector, etc. Having it scanned is the quickest, and cheapest way to go, even if you have to have it towed. Sorry!

2000 caravan. engine will no start. replaced the cam pos sensor, no fix. I don't seem to be getting fire to the coil pack. any tips on testing or repairing?

does it have a crankshaft sensor? My experience is cam position adjusts timing, crankshaft sensor allows ignition.

I cant get spark out of the coil pack

cam sensor fires the injectors to synchronise injector pulsing with the spark at the spark plugs.. U need to probably change the crankshaft sensor (around the crank pulley) as the crank sensor is what controls the ignition spark.
hope that does it.

The car is running on 2 cylinder,

If you have no spark on the coil pack for these cylinders, try scanning the car to see if you get codes for a camshaft positioning sensor or crankshaft positioning sensor.

ty unplugging your MAP sensor then starting it, if that don't work plug the MAP sensor back in and try to start it. another thing to check is your cam sensor as your crank and cam sensors have to work in time with each other.
