NO heat at idle??

Your heater core is partially blocked. I know you flushed it, but you can't get all of the sediment out and make it flow under low RPM because of the blockage caused by scale and oxidation caused by minerals in water/coolant. Try to flush it again using CLR, and if that doesn't work, you'll most likely have to replace it. Hope this helped!

I've got a Honda accord 1995 ex . It's over

More likely it's yr heating pipes let water escape so check these thoroughly. Could be head gasket leaking into engine so chk that immed for any sign of water on the oil stick. Otherwise flush the engine water thru for an oily blockage. Always use coolant. cheers

You could have a bad head gasket, allowing coolant into the cylinders

Heat is luke warm and coolant temp gauge not getting to operating tempature. installed a new thermostat with the valve up on the thermostat. removed the heater control valve to make sure it was functioning...

this is probibly a blockage in the radiator or water pump issue start by flushing the radiator, then check that water is flowing thru the radiator and water system.

1991 honda accord over heating when i drive at top speed

Top speed is hard on a car, at that age of vehicle worn water pump and old old with buildup a bad thermostat and radiator with scale buildup on inside and debris on the outside creates more heat than released. try replacing the thermostat and water pump and doing an flush of the cooling system with an oil change and see if that helps. Also a new radiator cap will hold proper pressure on the system so dont forget that.

1997 ford taurus' Flushed radiator,Added( 2 ) gallons of prestone, checked hoses ,etc.... found hose on back of engine not hot like the rest,''flushed it:still no heat!!!

Did you have heat before the flush and refill? If you did, there is probably just air in the system. I'm not sure if you have a bleeder bolt for the cooling system. Is it running in the normal temp range according to the gauge? I would drive it until it reaches operating temp, watch the gauge carefully to make sure it doesn't overheat, park it, and check the level of coolant in the morning. You may just have to top it off then, and I think you should have heat.

Car over heats

Have you tried flushing your cooling system?  It sounds like you might have some kind of blockage in there.  I had the same problem with my 89 civic and used a prestone flushing kit.  It's pretty cheap from AutoZone.  Give it a try and let me know if I can help you with anything else.  Thanks for an honest rating and for using FixYa.
