You have to many variables your problem can be anything from a disconnected /damaged wire ,damaging a computer,timing belt off synch to cams out of synch eliminate the basics first -power and spark and fuel to cylinders--if these are present will have to start looking at the work you did in valve train

if it is higher mileage i would replace all of them since you are already tore down to replace one. it is not a common problem.You could replace the one and never have another problem just never know.

What motor do you have? The V8, you can remove just the intake manifold and the valve covers/rocker arms to remove the lifter. The V6, I believe you need to remove the head to access the lifters.

The crankshaft gear has a triangle timing mark on it. On the outside of the gear near the teeth. This points straight down, and lines up with a notch, on the bottom of the rear timing cover.
The camshafts have a mark on the outside of the gear, near the teeth. The camshafts are turned, so that the marks are to the inside, (in-between the gears), and the marks point to each other.

The rear calipers on that model rotate in, it requires a special tool.
If you pushed too hard directly in, there is a chance that you may have damaged the caliper.
