SOURCE: Audi A4 need to replace rear brake light on audi a4

Inside the boot is a plastic cap embeded in the boot liner. Remove the cap to reveal a screw. Undo the screw and the whole rear light cluster will come away in a sideways and not rearward direction to reveal all of the bulbs. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: My Audi A4 drivers seat side control panel has

1) The Electrical panel on the side has a black bar that is the mounting bracket. It is only clipped in place on the plastic outer casing. the black metal bar is attached with 2 shoulder screws. these probably just worked themself loose nad dropped out. Go to your dealer parts counter and ask them for the 2 screws. Remount the black bracket and then re clip the case to the bar.

SOURCE: Audi A4 1.9 TDI 130BHP engine power loss when it's raining

This is the correct solution..........replace the solenoid valve N239 as the electrical connection is affected by dampness. What happens is that the EGR valve is jammed open by the solenoid and this allows oxygen starved air into the cylinders (exhaust gas) and combustion is poor.
Quick fix is to disconnect the vac hose to the EGR actuator and block the end with a self tapping screw or pencil. This will work for sure....

Fluid is leaking out the front of the power steering unit 1997 A4 Audi can it be repaired or do i have to replace?

Most likely you can get a seal kit from the dealer. It is most likely a front shaft seal. This is a fairly easy repair to do if you are somewhat handy.

Yes it will - Audi uses proprietary power steering fluid. It's mineral-oil based. Using other fluid can/will damage and destroy the pump and rack seals. Purge the entire system as soon as possible and replace it with Pentosin CHF11S fluid from a dealership.

2004 Audi A4 passenger side headlight bulb gone. Is it possible to replace myself as the manual says go to dealer. If so how? Many thanks Mike

You need to take the headlight unit out if its on the left hand side (due to power steering reservoir, if on the right hand side you can just about get to the cover to remove it...
If you need to remove the head lights .. it simple... 4 torque screws on the top.. undo and slide towards youself.... (place on something soft and remove the plastic cover and change bulb.. reinstall and tighten )
