Question about 2003 Pontiac Grand Am
2003 grand am 6cyl 3.4L. the device that makes the "clicking noise" for the turn signal goes off sporadically, and with no real rhythm.
The turn signals all work properly when activated, and when turn signals are activated, the clicking noise is the normal steady rhythm.
The problem is the device that makes the clicking noise goes off when the turn signals have not been activated, as if it is getting electricity when it shouldn't.
Any ideas as to what is wrong and how much to fix?
To fix this problem y may need to replace the turn signal switch, the cancellation cam might be broken, but check it first.
