Check your brackets for a bare wire (ground) that should be firmly attached to your car's frame this wire grounds your engine's ignition system (no ground no spark) If the wire is not solidly attached to an unpainted part of the frame and, vibrates the engine will lose ground and, your engine will die.

I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee I was driving it and quit running the fuel pump quit running and the gas gage stopped working

check your fuel pump relay. if not that, then it's your fuel pump. the gas gauge is in the fuel pump, so if your fuel pump stopped working, your gas gauge won't work

1995 jeep wrangler just stops running without warning.

A bad crank sensor will shut the jeep off suddenly, while driving down the road, then restart later and it repeats over and over until you replace it.

I just got out of my Jeep a little while ago and heard that the radiator fan was still running with the engine turned off. I pulled the fan's relay in the fuse box and the fan stopped. I swapped in another...

This is a common feature. Warnings are posted that the fan can run anytime the engine is warm without warning and even though the ignition is off. Typically this is a timed type issue which shuts the fan off after 5 minutes. Nothing to be too concerned about in most cases.

2004 liberty has loud vibration sound when started gets louder when you press gas seems to becoming from the fan area

with the engine OFF
check the fan bolts to see if they are tight and all there, check the fan shroud for signs of contact with the fan.
check alternator bolts and bracket.

with the engine running you should visually inspect the pulleys and belt system for signs of vibration or excessive movement. including all the parts listed above. please remember to keep hands AWAY from moving parts (hope I do not offend, I almost lost a finger because I wasn't watching what I was doing.)

2011 jeep grand cherokee, oil is very low, will this stop the jeep from starting

I have not heard of any new features as that in an automobile. In small engines like lawn mowers and generators this is acommon fact in most. It would be a nice feature tohave in an auto though. Just incase the panel warning light doe not come on to warn you and or rather or not you have an oil pressure gauge installed in your instrument panel. You shouldalwayscheck youroil when you go to fill up at the gas station. But if they have installed this feature and your car quits what areyou going to do?? Check the oil of course would be the first step. It is wise to always carry an extra quart of oil with you rather you car/truck has this feature or not. If you knopw thesound of your engine and it starts tapping or clicking louder then check your oil. The sound may be thelifters getting dry and that is a warning sound to let you know before you freeze/burn up the motor.

Replace the cooling fan relay. It lives under the right headlamp below the plastic bracket that holds the headlamp assembly. You can do this one of two ways. Remove the bumper fascia, headlamps, and bracket that runs across the front of the car. Or, remove the right headlamp and use a hole saw to drill a one and a half to two inch hole in the bottom of the bracket. Once the headlamp is back in place the hole won't show and the integrity of the bracket will remain.

The relay is under the right front headlamp assembly and bracket. You can access it two ways. Remove the front bumper facia, headlights, and bracket assembly. The grill is part of the facia and the headlight bracket runs all the way across the front. Or you can remove the right headlamp and use a hole saw to cut through the bracket, it is a plastic material.
