Question about 2000 Chrysler Town & Country
How to set memory seaTS
The best thing that you can do is get the owners manual for your car and follow the instructions. For my Jeep linked to a Genie Door the steps were:
1. Clear the existing memory by holding the first & third button at the same time for 20 seconds. 2. Remove the cover on the opener so that I could push the transmitter link button on the door opener. 3. After pushing the button on the opener I had to then push whatever button that I wanted to program on the homelink in the car. (This has to be done several times if you have a rolling code door opener). 4. Repeat as necessary for each opener/homelink you are trying to program.
Again the best thing to do is get the owners manual for the car and follow the directions.
