My a/c only works on high. I was told that it was the blower motor resistor not sure where is located.

It's located near the fan motor on the passenger side duct work. It will have a harness plugged into it.
It's mounted with 2 sonic welds, to remove it pry under the mounting points to snap the welds. The replacement resistor is mounted with 2 self tapping screws.

Fan switch only works on high can it be repaired

Look for the blower resister module to be bad, this is where you get your speeds, except for high,it is located right near the blower motor so it can be cooled by the blower. The blower motor is the number one cause for the resister to fail, even though it may run fine, and sound good,it is drawing too many amps,if this was helpful, please rate, thank you.

Blower on my 2004 Chev Colorado only works on high setting #4.

You need a resistor pack, which is likely located in the air box, near the blower motor.

Air conditioner blower motor only works on high (4)

It sounds like your blower motor resistor, located next to the blower motor itself. It is located on the right side of your dash down by your feet if you are sitting in the seat. GM part#15218254 around $20. Hope this helps?

Blower motor on works on high speed

Also, I'm having the same problem, kinda. My blower doesn't work on any speed. It worked fine before, but now it doesn't.

However, it's not a hard fix. Here's a link to a site with a write-up on how to replace the resistor pack as well as the wiring harness:
