Most likely a faulty "fuel level sender" mounted to "fuel pump module" assembly in gas tank.

The radio light is a small bulb inside the radio, pull the radio out, remove the top cover from the radio chassis and the bulb is right there, most parts stores carry this little peanut bulb

SOURCE: Gauges will not work 2004 aztec same problem with 2002 aztec

Switch ig. on, ground the sender unit wire for about 3 seconds see if the temp. gauge moves, if so change sender unit, if not then it is a faulty gauge reader.
also check instrument voltage stabilizer.

SOURCE: gas gauge on 2004 pontiac montana sticks

Before you start your van, and the key's are on accesory. Does your needle move? If it does, your gage is good and you have a bad ground or wire harness. Worst you could have a bad  sending unit and that is in the gas tank it self. Start with checking all the wire connection. Good luck.

SOURCE: grinding noise when stoping or braking and light

Sounds like you wore down the brake pads to the point the backing plate is grinding against the rotor. Check all the brakes. The light doesn't seem related but before looking into that take a look at the brakes.

Gas gauge stopped working on my 2004 pontiac montana

If the fuel gauge is the only problem, could be the gauge on the dash or the sending unit in the tank.

I have a pontiac 2002 aztec and the fuel gauge goes up and down no matter how much gas is n it.

Replace your fuel sending unit, This is located in your fuel tank. And tell your cars computer how much fuel you have, You will most likely have to drop your fuel tank. Best of luck to you.

Gas gauge is saying I have more than a full tank of gas, what do I do to fix this. I have a 2004 pontiac sunfire Thanks

SOUNDS LIKE THE SENDING UNIT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY! IF THIS IS THE CASE IT NEED TO BE CHECK AND THE INVOLVES DROPPING THE GAS TANK AND REMOVING FOR INSPECTION BETTER TO TAKE IT IN AND HAVE IT CHECK ITS NOT A DIY PROJECT!

My gas gauge doesn't work in my 2003 bonneville. What can i do to fix this problem, along with my broken gas gauge my heater in my drivers side seat is no longer working, i would appreciate any help thanks...

It might not be anything wrong with your fuel sending unit. Keep an eye on your other gauges. I own a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville GXP. All of my gauges have started acting erratically. It started with my Temp. gauge, moved on to my speedometer, and now my oil pressure , fuel level and batty volt gauges are affected too. Its a very common problem with GM vehicles.

The gauges in my montana van dont work properly

You are going to have to replace the cluster.
A good thing is GM just came out with a recall campaign to replace the clusters.
I would call the local GM dealer to see if the vehicle qualifies for the recall.

Gas gauge not working property

Pontiac has a problem with the sender for the fuel guage. A quart of transmission fluid in a full tank of gas usually fixes it. The "engine" light, won't be on because of that. Quite often that is the air filter or fuel cap.
