How do i install a outside door handle on a 2005 chevy express 2500 van

Here is how I would deal with it. I would buy a new window regulator and a new door handle both parts for the same door. I would take them and the vehicle to a glass shop which does auto glass. I would pay them to replace the regulator and have them replace the door handle while it is apart. 50 bucks to change the regulator, another 25 to replace the handle. The regulator is going to die at or around 10 years and you are within 4 years. So do it now when the door has to be disaasembled

Taking a door apart is a pain, requires special tools and knowledge in order to prevent collateral damage. You would gladly pay anyone 50 bucks if you ever did it before.

How do I replace the window motor on a 1995 mazda 626? What are the steps to replacing the motor/regulator?

Glass & Regulator
  1. Lower the window glass and remove the inner handle cover, door lock knob (if necessary), the window regulator handle and the door trim panel.

On vehicles with power windows, disconnect the wiring couplings.

  1. Carefully peel off the door screen so that it can be reused.
  2. Replace the window regulator handle and position the door glass so that the door glass installation bolts can be removed from the service hole.
  3. Remove the door glass installation bolts.
  4. Remove the door glass. Remove the regulator installation bolts, and then remove the regulator through the service access hole. Remove the window motor mounting bolts and separate the motor from the regulator.
  5. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. If the vehicle is equipped with power windows, connect the leads of the motor to a battery and run the regulator to the down position before installing the motor. Cycle the window several times to make sure that everything is in good working order.

The motor is the regulator its one part.
You'll need a block of wood ( to hold up window if you don't have an assistant).
Remove screws from door panel pry out switch and discon it from connector.
The inside door handle is a little tricky use a flat screw driver and insert it on top of door handle trim where thesilver release handle rests and pry out the trim. Do it on top of the trim and on the bottom where the silver release handle sits. There are two parts to this door handle,Its trim and the handle itself.
Once you got the trim off the panel is easy as pie. just don't forget to pull electrical connector threw panel.
Next two screws to remove handle.
Pull up plastic cover and you'll see the three copper bolts to release the regulator. Then two bolts to release the window from regulator. Use a marker to mark position of bolts for regulator and window.
    Installiation is reverse.
Remember install regulator first then put window on regulator. And don't forget to pull electrical connector threw panel to re connect switch.

The manual window handle on my 2003 Escort ZX2 snapped?

You will have to replace your "window regulator". Normal 0

Locate and remove the screws that hold yourinterior door handles in place (they may be hidden by snap in, or snap onclips). Remove the interior door handles. Your panel is held in place by snap in clips; use a small pry bar topull them from the door (try to get as close to, or directly under the clips toprevent them from tearing out of the door panel). Once the clips are pulled, pull the panel upward to remove it from the door. Once you have access to the inside of the door, you will be able to see the bolts that retain the window regulator, remove them, and replace the regulator.
