Instrument Gauges (Fuel, Speedometer, etc.) No longer Light Up

None of the gauges light up anymore (Fuel, Speedometer, RPM, etc). Lights like the Cruise control and the seat belt light still come on. I'm thinking it's a fuse issue, but I the labels on the fuse boxes are very vague.

Hi ahcobras. Did you check that the dimmer switch hasn't accidentaly been turned to the off position? You don't say what car it is on, but as it has cruise control, it probably has a dimmer switch! Instrument lights don't usually have a seperate fuse......

If you look up fuses in your manual, it should send you in the right direction. If you don't have one, get a test light and ground it to your door hinge. Turn your key on and check each fuse by touching the silver part on the back of the fuse (each side of the amp #) with the test light. It should light up on both sides of the fuse. If it doesn't, it's burnt out. Or... you can pull them out one at a time, and visually inspect them.

Where is cluster for speedometer lights

The "cluster" means all of the things you see under the plastic cover in front of the driver, the 'gauges'. The term is a reference to the 'instrument cluster' including speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, idiot lights, temperature gauge, everything.
Get a second independent opinion since this is very unusual. Most likely you have a blown fuse.

There is likely a bad electrical connection at the back of the instrument panel. Remove the instrument panel, unplug the connectors, clean the contacts on the plugs and the panel with rubbing alcohol and q tip, and reinstall.

Check fuse No. 9 (10A) in the driver's side kick panel fuse box. But if your other gauges are working (speedometer, tachometer, low oil light, etc.) then it is possible that when you jumped the battery you inadvertently reversed the cables and created a reverse voltage. This will impact some of the vehicle electronics. If you feel this might be the case, you should test the cooling system temperature sender to see if it failed. If it did, you should suspect that the fuel gauge drive circuit located in the instrument cluster is also failed.

No gauges on instrument panel

Apparently a (some) loose fuse(s). Unplugged, checked the fuse(s) and replugged. All is working fine.
Thank you -
