Thank you. This is most helpful. The wires were not cut. They were pulled apart when the car road over something.

Were the wires cut? Most are color coded (with stripes) and you can match them up. If you just have a bunch of loose ends, then you can check your local library for the Chilton or other manual that has a wiring diagram for your model.
Also, a local dealer may be willing to make a copy of the wiring diagram for you.

My 2013 Toyota corolla will not squirt wiper fluid. The reservoir is full and the wipers swish back and forth and you can hear the pump motor when you try to get it to mist the windshield.

it may be a pluged washer line ,try blowing it out or take a very small strand of wire and push it down the hole where it should come out while some one pushes on squirter

No power on windshield motor

Please check whether there is power on incoming point on wiper switch. Now on the switch & check the out point of the switch. If ok check the wire leading to the wiper by conecting a seperate wire outside from switch to wiper motor..Finally check by direct connection from battery to motor. You should check the relavent fuse 1st thing before all these tests.

Windshield washer not working. Have filled it several times but water level goes down when operated but does not come out of nozzle.

Check the hose from the container to the wipers and see if it came disconnected from either place and check for a broken or cracked hose.
