P0000 is given if a code is unrecognized and the U code is missing a digit.

the only way to get the code is to take it to a ford dealer and have them pull it out with the scan tool. most places will charge you a half hour.

Pull the filters and ck for plastic or o-ring in wrong place. Something is up in the filter. 

i found the last one on body control module under drivers door panel .

sounds like you got a head gasket or gasket ont he top of your engine giveing trouble
it will require you to change the upper engine gaskets

It sounds more like the glow plugs, the older models had trouble out of the module, but the 6.0 is pretty safe from all those problems. And don't forget to use the correct fuel additive for diesel engines, it helps .
