check whether the matrix do circulate the hot water. To confirm check the two hoses connected to matrix in engine compartment. Also check the heater valve which is before matrix in the engine compartment.

Make sure it is full of coolant, and the heater valve is functioning, it is locate in your heater hose line somewhere between the core and the engine. If these all check out make sure the damper that control air flow over the heater is working properly. I hope this helps.

SOURCE: My heat is not working.
It sounds like your heater core is stopped up, or be sure your coolant is flowing, and picking up heat from your engine...Thermostat, water pump, etc.

will the air flow switch from floor to the mid to defrost? if so then we have a problem with the tempature door actuator. easy to replace just in tight place. Keep me posted for more help or if this was any help thanks

The unit needs to be recharged, double check that the air condition belt has not broke. You can buy the cans of coolant at walmart or any auto supply store, follow the directions carefully, you may want to get something that will seal a leak, most of the time they are mixed in. If the old is gone, then there is a leak and you will be back to the same place soon. the most common auto air leak is a the valve stem, these can also be purchased and replaced, they are similar to a tire valve. I hope this helps, good luck
